On www.tomaino.it we offer various secure and reliable payment methods, to allow our customers to choose the most convenient solution when purchasing.

All payments are made via secure connection and are managed exclusively by certified payment providers.

1. Credit and debit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and equivalent circuits.

Card payments are managed via Stripe and Revolut, platforms compliant with international security standards (PCI-DSS).

Tomaino Srl does not store or have access to full card details. Payment information is transmitted encrypted directly to the providers.

2. PayPal

You can pay via PayPal, using your account or a linked card.

PayPal also allows, where provided by the service, payment in 3 installments. Installment conditions are established directly by PayPal and do not depend on Tomaino Srl.

3. Klarna

Payment via Klarna is available, which allows you to purchase according to the methods and terms provided by the Klarna service.

Any installments, checks, or approvals are managed directly by Klarna, according to its contractual conditions.

4. Apple Pay and Google Pay

Customers can pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay, if available on their device and compatible with the selected payment method.

Also in this case, payment data is never shared with Tomaino Srl.

5. Amazon Pay

You can make payments via Amazon Pay, using the payment methods associated with your Amazon account.

Payment management and any checks are carried out according to the conditions of the Amazon Pay service.

6. Bank transfer

Payment via bank transfer is available.

In case of payment by bank transfer:

  • the order will be processed only after the actual crediting of the amount to the current account;
  • processing times depend exclusively on the customer's banking institution;
  • until payment is received, the order will remain in a pending state.

7. Charging times

For electronic payments (cards, PayPal, Klarna, digital wallets), charging generally occurs at the time of order confirmation.

For installment payments, the conditions established by the chosen provider apply.

8. Currency

All payments made on Tomaino.it are expressed and processed in Euros (€).

9. Payment security

The site uses a secure SSL connection to ensure the security of transactions.

Tomaino Srl never comes into possession of sensitive data relating to customer payment instruments.

10. Anti-fraud checks

To protect customers and prevent fraud, Tomaino Srl reserves the right to:

  • carry out anti-fraud checks on received orders;
  • request additional information or checks;
  • temporarily suspend or cancel suspicious orders, with a relative refund of the amounts paid.

11. Additional costs

Tomaino Srl does not apply additional costs for the selected payment method.

Any commissions or interest related to installment payments depend exclusively on the chosen provider.

12. Unaccepted payment methods

Payment by cash on delivery is not provided.
